The perfect way to level-up your weeknight dinner! This FIRE? recipe is quick, easy and makes for great leftovers! You can customize this recipe and add any of your favorites (I would add some chicken andouille sausage! ?)

INGREDIENTS
12 oz Linguine Pasta
1/2 cup reserved Pasta Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced, divided
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
8 oz sliced Brown Mushrooms
1 lb fresh Shrimp (prawns) without shells, washed and deveined
1/2 tsp crushed Red Pepper flakes
1 tsp Paprika
Salt to season
8 oz pack Cream Cheese at room temperature
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 cup light Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt to season, if desired
2 tablespoons fresh chopped Parsley, to garnish
