Cajun Dirty Rice | Dirty Rice - This is another easy to follow video recipe for, Cajun Dirty Rice. If you've been following me for a while then you already know the the key to making cooking easy and enjoyable is in the prep. This recipe does take a little prep as you can see in the video but after chopping veggies and measuring your spices then the fun can begin.

1 lbs Large Shrimp 1 lbs Ground Pork 3 cups Chicken Stock 1 1/2 cup Long Grain Rice (brown or white) 1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions 1 Bay Leaf 1 TBSP Olive Oil 1 Onion Chopped (medium) 1 Bell Pepper (green or red) 2 ribs of Celery 2 cloves Garlic (minced) 1/2 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Dried Garlic 1/2 tsp Thyme 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Pepper
